Seventy-one per cent said obviously. Nobody has proposed a mechanism.
The legend holds that a mountain man born in a bear den fires his musket at the clouds and brings the winter. The town named a festival after him. Every spring somebody does the arithmetic on the season just gone and files a complaint.
